The most fun! Our DJ was so great! I loved the set up of their planning process and how I could add so many “must play” songs. The dancing portion of our wedding was probably the thing we looked forward to the most (besides getting married of course)! Our DJ was so great about playing music that got people dancing and we had such a great time thanks to them!

We had DJ Freddie for our wedding and had such a great experience! We gave him some vague information on what we liked and what we didn’t and told him we trusted him to roll with it and did a great job! I walked down the isle to a song that had just instrumental music in the beginning (first 30 seconds) but wanted that to be a little longer so I only had to use one song for everyone in my party to walk to. He was able edit it for me to double the time of the instrumental music part which was an odd request I thought but it was wonderful! During the reception we had multiple people say they loved the song choices and multiple people ask for his information after the wedding as well!

DJ Freddie with Dow Oak did an awesome job DJ’ing our wedding reception and we can’t recommend him enough! He was very responsive leading up to our wedding day and truly understood our vision for music during our cocktail hour and reception. He didn’t just play songs as some DJs do – he read the crowd all night, making sure everyone was having a great time and also added awesome mixes/transitions into the songs. Overall, Freddie was a great DJ and MC for our wedding reception and we are so glad we went with Dow Oak.

We were blown away from the very first phone conversation with DJ Ryan. He was professional, personable, flexible, and listened to what we wanted to do. When it came to the big day he showed up on time, set up without any issues and proceded to make our night run as smoothly as possible. He provided a lapel microphone for the ceremony and a handheld microphone for the toasts later on. It is no joke when I tell you that we had a hard time getting people off the dance floor at the end of the night. No one wanted to leave, he kept the energy in the room up and moving the whole night. If I were you I would ask for Ryan when you call to see if he is available, you won’t be disapointed!!

This was the easiest review yet! I can’t say enough great things about Freddie. A DJ sets the mood for your event and he made our wedding reception everything we asked for and dreamed of! He kept everyone engaged and the dance floor was packed all night! I definitely recommend Freddie!

Would highly recommend! We had DJ Ryan for our wedding and he did a phenomenal job leading up to our wedding and on the actual wedding day. He answered all of our questions during the two pre-wedding calls that we had with him and knew all of the key moments in our schedule for the day. Ryan arrived on time to the venue and was able to transition quickly from our ceremony site to our reception location. He also wonderfully balanced confirming scheduled moments with us while also giving us space to enjoy the event and not feel like we were rushed or had to be on point throughout the day.

Amazing DJ!! Our experience with DJ Freddie was phenomenal! He truly made wedding planning stress-free. His attention to detail and willingness to take on the leading responsibility on the wedding day allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding day. He was very accommodating to our specific K-pop music taste and truly listened to our need to create the best celebration we could ask for. We found Freddie to be attentive, energetic, friendly, and extremely talented DJ and MC. He worked well with our other wedding vendors to ensure a smooth progression of the day. His invaluable skills ignited the dance floor and kept it entertaining from the beginning to the end. The dance floor lighting definitely took our dance floor to the next level! Dow Oak Events online system was very organized and easy to use. I highly recommend Freddie and Dow Oak Events. Thank you for everything Freddie!

I was SO insanely impressed with DJ Erik and the whole Dow Oak Events team. From the get go, their prices were reasonable and they were incredibly responsive (it took less than five minutes to hear back from them, I kid you not). Their website is easy to use and they were kind enough to send email follow-ups for playlist and payment deadlines. DJ Erik (or more apt DJ Erok) is very talented and kept almost my entire guest list on the dance floor for close to three hours. He is adept at reading the crowd and blending genres- many times my guests would scream with excitement at a song they hadn’t heard since middle school. I can’t say enough great things. I highly recommend Dow Oak Events and DJ Erik in particular! We received so many compliments on how great our DJ was!

Dow Oaks definitely didn’t disappoint with DJ Graham! He told us that he was the “best of the best” and I agree 100%! From the first time I talked to him he made me feel at ease instantly and truly made me feel like we could go to him if we needed anything. The day of our wedding he was awesome! He kept the crowd going and the experience with him overall felt like he was more of a guest than a DJ! He joked around and had conversation with us rather than just being strictly about business! Graham was very accommodating when my husband notified him moments before the wedding that he wanted someone else to do a toast and you could tell that he truly enjoyed what he does! Our night wouldn’t have been the same without Graham! We will definitely refer Graham.
