Truly one of the most unique venues in all of Charleston, and deeply rooted in the regal architecture of old Hollywood glamor, Charleston’s premier movie house is a stylish, lavish and sophisticated whopping 8,000-square-foot event venue on Upper King Street!
The Theater showcases a truly amazing vintage exterior marquee, a huge and luxurious grand ballroom with entertainment stage, an expansive lobby with an adorable popcorn and concession stand, an intimate lounge and bar, a state-of-the-art, fully equipped, cinema with stadium seating, and it’s fully accessible, so everyone can join in on the fun!

Fun fact! The theater was in the movie ‘The Notebook’, one of the most iconic romantic movies of the last few decades! In ‘The Notebook’, main characters, Allie and Noah go on a double date at the movie theater to see ‘Li’l Abner’ before taking their infamous stroll down beautiful King Street.
