The DJ we had did her job perfectly! She even went above and beyond to go around and let tables know when they could go up to the buffet. At one point there was a change of schedule and she just smoothly went a long with it! Thank you for helping us make our big day awesome!

Awesome night! Ryan was our DJ and he did an incredible job with our wedding. He was very good with communicating with us throughout the event and had people on the dance floor the entire night! This whole crew is really cool and easy to work with. And super affordable. Their photo booth was also perfect! We got a scrapbook at the end of the evening which was super fun to flip through!

I could not have chosen a better DJ for my wedding last night. I had so many compliments on the great music. DJ Erik was able to get people to the dance floor and he really brought the party to life. He was professional, courteous to my guests and their requests, and right on time. For a bride, this is huge! Dow Oak Events will be the company I use from now on, when I’m in need of a DJ. I cannot say enough good things about Erik and Dow Oak Events.

Totally perfect! Erik came prepared, listened to our requests, was professional but laid back, and did an awesome job researching playlists that fit what we wanted. He mic’d our officiant and had an extra mic that came in handy when things got a little spotty passing the 1st one around. Amazing DJ, affordable, and the dance floor was hoppin ALL NIGHT.

Listened to our requests and was very quick to make great suggestions. Added the best touch to our party.

The day was AWESOME! Josh and I both agree that you were one of our favorite vendor experiences throughout that day and Freddie in particular completely surpassed our expectations. He was able to not only roll with our (slightly abnormal) musical tastes, but he rolled with all the punches and surprises (enter the bagpiper that was unbeknownst to me) we threw at him. He did not just agree to do what we said, but he became an autonomous actor in the whole process, understanding what we wanted to hear based on our reactions, the little surprises we had for each other and for our guests, and on our previous discussions. At no point did we feel we needed to address preferences with him or ask for changes. He had seamless music transitions, a great presence at the reception, and was both professional and friendly.

Would definitely recommend!! We didn’t know anything about hiring a DJ at allll but after talking with Henry a few times before our big day he really made us feel good about our decision! And we were right, our wedding day went off without a hitch. All the music for the ceremony was perfect, and people danced the whole reception! Would ABSOLUTELY tell anyone to go with Dow Oak Events (and especially Henry)!!!

Erik from Dow Oak Events did an amazing job at our Wedding! Highly recommend using them! He made the whole experience super easy and the online portal was a great planning tool. One of my biggest worries was that guests wouldn’t be dancing but he made sure they were on the dance floor the whole time! He also knew what songs to play to get all different age groups out there. He kept the timeline going smoothly after our planner left and the prices were great too. I can’t say enough great things about Erik and Dow Oak events! You definitely won’t regret hiring them!

Dow Oaks and Mason did an excellent job at my wedding in January! They responded within hours of the first email, they were accommodating and the music sheet they give you to help plan the day made everything so much easier! At the event Mason did an excellent job reading the crowd and keeping the party going! All the transitions were seamless and they were very affordable. I would definitely recommend.

He kept the party alive and everyone was dancing until the minute we were leaving the venue. He played all of our requests and read the room perfectly. Thank you Ryan!
